• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is prohibited.

3Age Verification

Joy Win is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited. Joy Win may request a national ID or birth certificate for age verification at any time.

• Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is complete.
• Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor may result in legal action against the individual involved.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposits on Joy Win can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• You must use a mobile number registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Using a third party's payment method is prohibited. Joy Win reserves the right to cancel and reverse such transactions.
• Even after a successful deposit, delays may occur due to technical issues. In such cases, please contact joy win support.
• Joy Win covers deposit fees; however, charges imposed by the payment gateway may apply.

5Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be verified before you can withdraw funds from Joy Win. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected if bonus terms have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during security verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is set by joy win and is subject to change.

6Bonus & Promotions

All Joy Win bonuses and promotions come with specific terms. It is each member's responsibility to read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to each user one time only.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• If bets placed with bonus funds are found to violate the terms and conditions, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Joy Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of joy win is final.

7Betting Rules

Participation in Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots on Joy Win is subject to specific rules. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in bets being voided.

• Once the outcome of an event has been determined, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Joy Win platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Unauthorized use of Joy Win's brand or logo.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Joy Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud is found.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

To voluntarily close your account, contact joy win support. Any valid balance will be refunded, however bonus funds are non-refundable.
